Returns & Exchanges

We want every Tiny Kikimo package to arrive safely and bring a little warmth to your day. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Please review our policy below before initiating a return.

Undelivered Orders

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that once a package has shipped, Tiny Kikimo is no longer able to control transit times or guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to weather conditions or mail carrier congestion.

If your order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund or replacement.

We will review the situation and assist as best as we can.

Returns

We are happy to offer refunds on eligible orders received by Tiny Kikimo within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).

If your order was delivered more than 30 days ago, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery  
  • The item(s) must be unused and in new condition  
  • The item(s) must be in original packaging  
  • The item(s) must not be marked as Final Sale  
  • The order must have been placed directly through tinykikimo.com  

Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please email us at: hello@tinykikimo.com

Include:

  • Your order number  
  • The item(s) you wish to return  
  • The reason for return  

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions  
  • The warehouse return address  

Important:  
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We are unable to provide prepaid return labels at this time.

You must:

  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • Email us the carrier name and tracking number after shipment
  • If tracking information is not provided, we may be unable to process your refund, as our warehouse cannot identify unregistered return packages.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed by:

  1. Returning the original item (following the return process above)  
  2. Placing a new order for the desired item  

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number  
  • Clear photos of the issue  
  • A brief description  

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
